Gordon and Leanne grow 100% grass fed beef on their beautiful property at Jindera. Their cows only eat grass, and in dry times they eat silage and hay made on the property. They use no antibiotics or growth promotants as is common in the feedlot industry which produces the vast majority of Australia’s beef. The cows have lots of shade, lots of space and huge paddocks to wander in. They have a good life. Gordon and Leanne have a huge range of cuts and specialise in those cuts which are hard to find like flat iron, hangar and skirt steak. They make their own pies from the delicious chuck steak and gravy beef. Leanne also makes onion jam and tomato sauce as a perfect compliment to their beef.
